Will Bouziane is the highly accomplished Owner, General Contractor and driving force behind Bouziane Construction.

Born and raised in Bradenton, Florida (he calls himself an “endangered species”), Will has witnessed the remarkable transformation of his hometown into one of the nation's most sought-after beach destinations for both residents and vacationers. Embracing his deep connection to the area, he established Bouziane Construction in 2012 to meet the growing demand for superior construction services in this thriving coastal community.

Will holds a degree in Business as well as an MBA in Management and Finance from Stetson University. During his time at Stetson and throughout his professional career, he immersed himself in various construction projects, gaining valuable expertise in design, project management, estimating, and architecture.

One of Will's greatest accomplishments in business has been assembling an exceptional team of professionals at Bouziane Construction. Together, they deliver best-in-class service to their valued clients, ensuring that each project is executed with precision, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Todd Marsman is a seasoned entrepreneur and craftsman with a passion for home building and woodworking. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Todd made the decision to relocate to Florida, where he has since established himself as a prominent figure in the local construction industry.

Todd's journey began at Hope College, where he honed his skills and acquired a solid foundation in construction and business management. Following his graduation, he wasted no time in starting his first building company, marking the beginning of an impressive career.

Rooted in a rich family legacy of craftsmanship, Todd draws inspiration from his lineage. His grandfather's lumber mill served as a testament to the family's dedication to their craft, while his father's active involvement as a heavy machinist instilled in Todd an appreciation for precision and attention to detail.

When Todd isn't leading a jobsite, he finds solace in pursuing his passion for woodworking. Utilizing his talent, he creates exquisite pieces of furniture that showcase his mastery of the craft. In his downtime, Todd can often be found boating along the serene Gulf Coast.

PROJECT MANGER

Phil is an experienced construction professional from the beautiful city of Sarasota, Florida. With deep roots in the Sunshine State, Phil's passion for construction began at a young age, and he has since established himself as a skilled and versatile expert in the field.

Before joining Bouziane Construction, Phil learned a wealth of experience in both commercial and residential building. His expertise lies in framing, countertop fabrication and installation, as well as trim work, where his attention to detail and commitment to excellence sets him apart.

Outside of construction, Phil is an avid traveler. Recently, he embarked on a memorable trip to Portugal with his wife, Brenda, embracing new cultures and gaining inspiration from the architectural wonders they experienced abroad.

BUSINESS MANAGER

Meredith, a native of Sarasota, Florida, has witnessed the evolving housing landscape throughout her life, which has sparked her passion for the industry.

As the newest addition to Bouziane Construction, Meredith brings with her a wealth of experience gained from a decade-long career in the fintech world. Her expertise lies in project management and business operations, making her a valuable asset to the company.

Meredith thrives on engaging with clients and plays an instrumental role in the day-to-day operations of the company. Additionally, she lends her talents to provide home interior design assistance, ensuring that clients' visions come to life.
